Bosham Fireworks
Not quite sure of the exact date, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't on or around the 5th November as they (Aurora Fireworks?) used up left-over fireworks to put on a charity display.

Fishbourne 2
Taking the folks to see the inlet at Fishbourne. Not quite as wet as before... Features my first attempt at digiscoping, before that was even a thing.
Fishbourne Roman Palace
One of the largest villas found in the UK, and some of the earliest gardens, it was found by someone digging a hole for a new water main. Now it's a mix of preserved mosaic floors, and recreated gardens.
I also went to the Celtic day there later on.
Blues on the Farm, 2001
A night out with the gang from work. I was off the beer, but the others made up for it!
Colwick Country Park, July 2001
A walk around Colwick Country Park with the family (including Jake the dog)
Foggy's House
I don't think Foggy wanted us going to his house. Ever. So we got fed up waiting for the house warming that was never going to happen, and invited ourselves in. And took pictures to prove we'd been.
Fishbourne
On Saturday 20th(?) January 2001 the weather was very clear (and so quite cold), but after doing the weekly shop decided I couldn't miss this opportunity and decided to walk to Fishbourne from Chichester. Perhaps going in my flying jacket and trainers was a little inadvisable after all the rain we'd had in previous months - although there hadn't been much rain in recent days, the fields were still completely saturated with water and early optimistic sod-hopping (jumping from tuft of grass to tuft of grass to try and stay out of the water) soon gave way to trudging along with wet and muddy feet. I think it was well worth it in the end though.
Chichester Flooding
During the Winter of 2000/2001 the South of England was hit by some of the worst flooding on record. Armed with a new digital camera I decided to try and capture how this affected the city where I lived, Chichester.
The city didn't flood in the end, but only because drastic measures were taken to move the water using a series of pipes stretching across the city. Including cutting right across the main road into town, with traffic going over a makeshift wooden bridge.
