When the Chinese State Circus came to little old Chichester.

Just a few pics in and around Chichester.  Plenty of the Cathedral including trying to find the best setting to capture the sunset.

Various pics taken of the peregrines nesting on Chichester Cathedral. The ones at the bottom are very poor, taken with a 3x zoom camera for identification purposes (okay, okay, to bait my Dad with). The others are only slightly less poor, taken with a 10x zoom.

Pictures of my (old) flat in Chichester.

The first batch were taken in Priory Park, Chichester on Saturday 10th November. I went to the park for somewhere to eat my Saturday morning sausage sandwich treat; usually I sit outside the Cathedral but I fancied a change. As the weather was fine (but cold) I pulled the camera out to take pictures of the Priory and along comes this squirrel...

Looking at the time stamps of the images while they were still on the camera these images were taken over the course of 8 minutes; the squirrel was still hanging around the same spot when I left.

Another early test of my first digital camera - various tricks to try and capture images in the dark, like changing the speed, were new to me.

Pictures of the people and kit that hung around the Chichester offices!

Most of these were taken so that they could be converted into clipart and otherwise be used as icons in web sites, including some server products.
