Gabi's leaving do in the Nag's Head

I went with Matt Gray to hear him and Mark play at Fistful of Tacos, a smaller gig than they were used to but hopefully leading to bigger things. I didn't want to use the flash while they were playing (when they were setting up, fair game) so I played with some effects - from slightly darker to get the speed up, to very dark (and fast) which gives grainy, monochrome images, to fast, light, blurry images to try and capture movement. Oh, and some movie files to try and capture the sound, although a stills camera isn't really the best method for this.

Back to the Mexican restaurant, taking Andy with us. He was helping us install servers into schools.

A friend of Matt Gray's, Rachel Bettany, was having a show of her hat designs and I went along to take some pics.  She's Rachel Gray now, so I guess the show went well..?

Our third year going to Gordon's New Year bash

After doing some work in Manchester, the boys from the Freedom2 Chichester offices managed a detour via a village called Baslow in Derbyshire. I wonder how that happened? Could they be dropping someone off in Nottingham on the way instead of taking him back to work?

The Garden Café furnished us with coffees and some fine omelettes - although I had scrambled eggs and salmon on toast, Bob had another omelette instead of pudding - and then we had a relaxing walk along the Derwent. Well, it beats working.
