Topic: Swallows and Martins
Attenborough May 2019
Pics from Attenborough on a lovely early summers day. Lots of camera-shy hobbies flying around!
Cley Marshes, September 2006
Cley Marshes as it used to be - by the time you read this, parts of it are probably under water as the sea defences have been changed.
Not an ideal day photography-wise, but some nice views of a kingfisher and swallows getting ready to head south.
Colwick Country Park, May 2006
A walk around Colwick Country Park, with lots of goslings.

Norfolk 2003: Holkham Hall, 8th September
Holkham Hall is a lovely stately home with deer, lakes, and some great statues inside and out. But I think we were most interested in the nesting house martins under the eaves of the shop.
Newark 2
Another family trip to Newark to do the trip down the river we didn't get time for the first time we went!
Weald & Downland Museum, August 2001
The Weald and Downland Open Air Museum is a sort of building-museum. Old buildings get dismantled from where they might have been demolished or neglected and rebuilt here.
